Behind The Scenes

Our passion for creating hard-hitting promotions comes from 20+ years of learning what works and, just as importantly, what doesn’t. We get really excited seeing a promotion smash its targets (and its competitors)! We’ve got experience from working in the UK, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. The Hive team has broad experience in a wide-range of industries including liquor, FMCG, retail, sport, telco, wagering, pharma, automotive and QSRs.

Richard Woods (or ‘Woodie’) founded Hive in 2015 after running a successful marketing agency in Sydney for 9 years. After only a year of running solo, Rochelle Cooper joined the company as Business Director to ensure that all of our clients receive the very best service that our industry has to offer.

We do whatever it takes to deliver campaigns in full, on budget and on time (every time). We’re passionate about the industry we work in… we live and breathe promotions and are now lucky enough that some of our clients are now good friends – after all, we’re all in it together to reach that common goal.
